 WHAT WE
BElieve

We Believe

The Holy Scriptures to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit infallible and God's revealed word to man.
II Timothy 3:15-17, Hebrews 4:12

We Believe

That God eternally exists in three Persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and that these three are one God, having the same nature, attributes, and perfections, and worthy of the same worship, reverence, and obedience.

Genesis 1:1, 26; 3:22; 11:7; Isaiah 6:8, 48:16, 61:1; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; 1 Corinthians 8:6, 2 Corinthians 13:14

We Believe

That the Scripture teaches there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19

We Believe

That man is a sinful being in need of redemption.
Psalms 51:5-13 Romans 3:19-25

We Believe

In the virgin birth of Jesus Christ that he is the Son of God and the son of man, that He came to save men from condemnation of sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who exercise faith in him.

Luke 1:31.35: Hebrews 9:11-14

We Believe

That for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential
Timothy 1:7-9, Titus 2:11-12,3:5-7

We Believe

The Scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit the acts and attributes of an intelligent being and that the works of God such as creation, inspiration giving of life, and sanctification are also ascribed to the Holy Spirit.
John 16:7-8,13; Genesis 1:21

We Believe

In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enable to live a Holy Life.
Galatians 5:22-26; Romans 8:4-6

We Believe

That the baptism in the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it.
Acts 19:1-7; Luke 11:9-13

We Believe

That all mankind is subject to the death of the body as a result of the Original sin. The soul and spirit do not die, but immediately after death enter into a conscious state of happiness or misery according to the character here possessed by rejection or acceptance of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
Romans 5-12; John3:16,36

We Believe

In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation.
Acts 24:15; Romans 8:11

We Believe

In the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:13-18

We Believe

The redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer. I Peter 2:24; Matthew 8:17
